About Me

Meet Carmen Lara, a student of A Course in Miracles, a photographer and an energy worker for animals and people. In August 2022, she followed her inner guidance, relocating from Minneapolis to Spearfish, her love territory, with a mission to unite humanity and animals.

Carmen provides healing opportunities and educates humans on deeper connections with their beloved animals, not only in one to one session, but she also teaches local community and online classes on the topic of animal communication.

Carmen began her energy healing journey in 2018, certified in Healing Touch for Animals in 2020, and now offers Akashic Records energy healing sessions for both animals and humans.

Carmen has been taking photos since she was a young girl. She has an eye for capturing beautiful moments and seeing things other people don’t typically notice. Carmen sees faces out in nature like in rocks. She has learned that these are ancestors and carrying knowledge and healing to share with others. Carmen makes photo cards and prints to pass on the energetic transmission of knowledge and healing for those who connect with it.

Carmen and her partner Gina also do Akashic Records Healing sessions together and call themselves, Blue Zulu Healing.

Carmen enjoys all her “work”, spending time out in nature, studying ACIM and most of all learning from her beloved animals Lois and Guild.
