Welcome to Wheel and Heart!

I’m Carmen Lara of Wheel and Heart LLC, and I work within the Akashic Records of both animals and humans. As a healer, I support beings in their own healing journeys—always with the understanding that I am not healing them, but assisting them in reconnecting with their natural ability to heal.

When I tune into the energetic body, I act as a filter, clearing out energetic congestion that no longer serves. This allows the body to do what it is inherently designed to do: heal. The body is divine and knows exactly what it needs.

Every being’s healing journey is unique, and I honor the path that unfolds for each one.

Photography is another way I share healing. Through these images I capture, the energy they emit convey messages that speak directly to the soul. These are available at Calming Wave Wellness Center in Spearfish, SD, or by email.
