I’m Carmen Lara of Wheel and Heart LLC, based in Spearfish, SD. My mission is to unite people with the land and animals, a calling I follow through my work and daily life in nature.
I have been working with both animals and humans since 2018 and in 2020 becoming a Certified Healing Touch for Animals® Practitioner. As a healer, I support beings in their own healing journeys—always with the understanding that I am not healing them, but assisting them in reconnecting with their natural ability to heal.
When I tune into the energetic body, I act as a filter, clearing out energetic congestion that no longer serves. This allows the body to do what it is inherently designed to do: heal. The body is divine and knows exactly what it needs.
Every being’s healing journey is unique, and I honor the path that unfolds for each one.

"My dog had a skin condition when he was a puppy and was given medication by our vet and were told it would take quite some time before hair growth if any would come through. Duke was very sensitive to touch because of this condition and experienced a lot of pain.
